The location was great and fantastic and near train station.

The location of this residence is ideal, as it is just a short walk to the train station and conveniently located near the vaporetto stop. This makes it easy to explore all the main tourist attractions on the other side of the island. the rooms are comfortable and clean, providing a cozy place to relax after a day of sightseeing. the modern appliances, including a clothes washer and fast WiFi, add to the convenience of the stay.

Some guests experienced difficulties in reaching the staff for assistance, which can be frustrating.

Unfortunately, no WiFi connection.

We had a PLEASANT stay in Venice adjacent to the train station, the canal. All the staff members were helpful. It was favourable and magnificent right next to the water bus stop.

The hotel had a beautiful and elegant decoration that made me feel like I was in a luxurious and cozy place. The chandeliers, velvet curtains, and comfortable furniture created a warm and inviting atmosphere. As a senior woman, I appreciated the well-maintained general areas, such as the lobby and hallways, which were clean and easy to navigate. It was also great that the hotel had an elevator, making it convenient for me to access my room without having to climb stairs.

I would have liked to see more assistance provided specifically for senior guests during my stay. It would have been helpful if the hotel staff had offered services tailored to our needs, such as assistance with luggage or recommendations for activities suitable for seniors.

Met required needs, strongly recommend. Marvellous location close enough to the Train Station and Piazzale Roma, and the market, everything great. Exceptionally nice rooms provided with all the comforts, the sofa and a jacuzzi. A shower, a hairdryer, and a bidet available. Location close to the city centre.

The location of this apartment was perfect for exploring Venice. We were just a few steps away from the Grand Canal and the nearest vaporetto stop. It felt like we were in the heart of the city, yet tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. The apartment itself was beautifully designed and well-equipped. The fully equipped kitchenette made it easy for us to prepare meals, and the seating area with an LCD TV was a cozy spot to relax after a long day of sightseeing. Safety was a top priority at this property. We noticed fire extinguishers and a first aid kit in our unit, which gave us peace of mind during our stay. The kitchen in our apartment had all the necessary appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, stovetop, and microwave. It made cooking meals a breeze, and we appreciated having a separate dining area to enjoy them in. The convenience of having a washing machine in the apartment was a lifesaver. We were able to do laundry and pack light, which made traveling with kids much easier. The beauty of Venice was right at our doorstep. The Grand Canal and Giardini della Biennale were within walking distance, allowing us to immerse ourselves in the city's natural splendor.

Lack of cleaning equipment. The apartment did not have a broom or mop, which made it challenging to keep the floors clean from dust.

Ranked 1 during our stay in Italy. Responsive staff fixed AC within an hour. Close to restaurants and shopping market. Modern appliances, fast WiFi, and air conditioning. Convenient location with Vaparetto stop nearby.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

The location was perfect for exploring Venice without being in the middle of the hustle and bustle. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The quiet neighborhood allowed us to relax and enjoy our family time together. We especially loved the convenience of the nearby water bus station, making it easy to get around the city. it was a fantastic experience and we would definitely stay here again.

For dads, it would be great to have some more child-friendly amenities like a play area or toys for the children.

Personally, I found the soundproofing in the apartment to be a bit lacking. There were times when we could hear noises from the neighboring units.
